Team Training Class Descriptions

 
 

Choice Burn is a high intensity interval format focused on conditioning and fat burning. This class is programmed with more work time, and less rest in-between sets. This class is for anyone looking to maximize fat-loss and cardiovascular strength.

Choice Strength is an interval based class designed to focus on anyone that wants to lose weight, tone or increase strength. This class is comprised of functional movements and progressive weight training.

 

Choice Extreme is built upon high intensity interval training catered to those looking to lose weight, improve overall cardiovascular fitness and tone muscle. This class is a step up from Burn and is comprised of trainer made exercises.

Medium to high-intensity exercises working your upper body using light weights; legs, abs, and cardio, as well. Work with a partner learning basic boxing combinations and getting a great cardio workout while having fun!
