Group X Classes

Group X Classes are a great way to exercise in a friendly and upbeat atmosphere! We offer a variety of options with classes like Barre and Power Yoga, to Les Mills' BodyPump and Kickboxing.

 

Class Descriptions

 

AGELESS
Stay as young as you feel! Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and functional activity. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and is a great choice for first timers, prenatal clients, those coming off an injury and especially those with more experience at life!

ASANA YOGA
This class is about creative flows, drawing attention to alignment and foundational asanas to restore, relax, and cleanse the mind and body. Temperature for the room is warm. Appropriate for all levels.

BARRE / BARRE BOOTCAMP
An effective full body workout focusing on creating a strong, lean and toned body. Deep muscle-toning movements along with cardio interval segments for a heart pumping, sweat inducing, amazing workout that translates into functional strength and a beautiful physique. Appropriate for all levels.

BODYCOMBAT
High energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn mega calories. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA / HATHA YOGA
Reshape your mind and body with this gentle approach of blended yoga to improve flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. Wonderful for all fitness levels.

HIIT
High intensity interval training to take your training to the next level! Appropriate for all levels as intensity is participant controlled.

KICKBOX
Jab, cross, hook, kick your way to a stronger you. Cardio, strength, sweat and fun. Appropriate for all levels.

Les Mills Barre
Classic balletic training with modern music. This class is designed to shape and tone postural muscles and build core strength. Les Mills Barre is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small ROM movements and very light weights. Appropriate for all levels.

Les Mills Bodybalance
Yoga based class that will improve your mind, body and life. Also includes elements of Pilates and Tai Chi.

Les Mills Bodypump
BODYPUMPTM is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Les Mills CORE
CORETM is an intense 30 minute core training workout designed to tighten and tone your midsection in the shortest amount of time possible. The class utilizes your body weight, free weights, and resistance tubing to challenge your balance, coordination and improve your functional strength.

PILATES / CORE FUSION
Increase flexibility with dynamic movements that restore balance to the core muscles. Define every single inch of your body.

POWER / VINYASA YOGA
A more vigorous, athletic approach to yoga using flowing poses that are linked to breath. Classes are diverse and vary with the instructor.

Spinning
Get ready to burn major calories, increase energy and endurance, and boost your metabolism! Classes are terrain based and focus on cadence and effort zones. HIIT work, climbs and sprints set to great music make for an unpredictable ride that is both fun and challenging. MyZone monitor, towel and water are recommended.

STEP
Classic! An intense calorie burning class with emphasis on the lower body. Knowledge of basic STEP choreography elements is helpful. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

STILLNESS YOGA
In this class, students will experience a complete reboot to their day. Designed to reinvigorate the mind and body, this session will start with some gentle stretching followed by meditation. Whether as a post workout recovery or as a well-deserved break from the daily grind, Stillness Yoga is sure to leave you energized.  Room temperature. Appropriate for all levels.

STRONG by Zumba
Bootcamp/HIIT class where participants train to the beat. Fun, challenging and doable. Modifications for all fitness levels!

TABATA
A metabolic conditioning class that will push you to your limits! Features 20 second high intensity intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for a round. Appropriate for all fitness levels as intensity is participant controlled.

TOTAL BODY
Functional strength training for a total body workout! Appropriate for all levels!

Zumba / Zumba Gold
Take the “work” out of workout with this feel-happy fusion of Latin and World rhythms. Interval training for a calorie burning dance fitness party. Exercise in disguise! Class participants of any level can start with Zumba. We also offer Zumba Gold. Prepare to move and be moved!
