| CLASS DESCRIPTIONS AGELESS: 60 minute class for mature audiences only! This class is designed to rejuvenate the youth and enhance cardio respiratory fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. EXTREME PUSH: Extreme Push is an Interval Training Class consisting of cardio blasts and strength training, using upper and lower body muscle groups starting with an "Extreme Warm Up," combinations include 30/60/90 second intervals, 45 second cardio blasts, ending with and AB workout. Duration: 60 minute class. ABS, BUTT & GUT: 30 minute class that focuses 15 min on Abs and Core. The last 15 min are devoted to your glutes and butt. KICKBOXING: 60 minute class. No experience needed. Learn to jab, hook, upper cut, and kick while you burn fat, tone muscle and relieve stress. SPINNING: 45 minute class. Simulated cycle journey set to music and guided imagery. 1st timers must sign in 10 minutes prior to class. Please bring a hand towel and water bottle. STEP: 60 minute class. Increase cardiovascular endurance while toning your thighs, hips and buttocks. High intensity; low impact. STEP IT UP: Step class for all levels. Includes drills, repetitions and some choreography. DANCE & ROCK: A 45 minute free spirited dance class that moves you in a way you didn't think you could move! Very energetic and lots of fun burning fat and calories, followed by a 15 minute Body Rock. Duration: 60 min class. YOGAFLEX: 45 minute class that incorporates movements and poses designed to strengthen and sculpt muscles, as well as stretch and increase flexibility. ZUMBA: Burn up the dance floor and the calories with this non-stop LATIN dance party! This high energy low impact workout is filled with easy to follow LATIN dance moves like the mambos, salsa, meringue, cumbia, samba and reggaeton, etc... PILATES: A core based strength and toning class that utilizes a series of exercises to center and strengthen the core muscles of the body as well as tone all areas of the body. Class participants focus on body awareness and alignment, and modifications are given so all levels of fitness can benefit, BODY ROCK: A strength training class using some or all of the equipment (such as body bars, dumbbells, bands and tubes) to tone and define the major muscle groups. Working your way to a "Rock Solid Body" CIRCUIT MANIA : Circuit Mania is a "Max Calorie Burn" workout that builds muscle, burns fat and calories with intense circuit training, each circuit consisting of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio for 45 minutes, followed by a 15 minute AB blast. Duration: 60 min class. |
